- In some cases, items must be returned if requested by our support team
✅ Eligible Cases for Refund / Replacement
CrestaMart will offer a refund, replacement, or return under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or broken
- Wrong item delivered
- Product significantly different from description
- Item lost during shipping
❌ Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted if:
- Customer provides incorrect shipping details
- Product is used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition
- Delay caused by external factors (customs, courier issues, etc.)
